Through covering the Iowa Corn 350 for Nexstar, I was required to have two Vo/Sots for each day that we had live shots with Nexstar stations. Stations would sign up via the grid, and would select either the sports Vo/Sot, News Vo/Sot, and had the option of talkbacks. Each content piece I would provide the day before so stations knew what stories they could select from. Additionally, every day I would select one of the Vo/Sots and create a look live PKG for the stations if for some reason they could not sign up with us, or if their time zone didn’t align with the schedule.
